I'm currently checking if there's enough interest to start recurring photography classes at different skill levels. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced photographer, there will be a class for you! Let me know if you'd be interested in joining. 📸 It will be held here in Edgewater :) Each class will be limited by 10 people !
A basic photography class introduces students to the fundamentals of photography, covering essential concepts such as camera settings, composition, and lighting. Here’s what you can expect:
Understanding Your Camera – Learn how to use different camera modes (manual, aperture priority, shutter priority) and settings like ISO, shutter speed, and aperture.
Composition Techniques – Discover the rule of thirds, leading lines, framing, and other principles that make a photo visually appealing.
Lighting Basics – Explore natural and artificial lighting, how to use shadows effectively, and techniques like backlighting and golden hour photography.
Focus & Depth of Field – Master how to achieve sharp images and control background blur (bokeh) using aperture and focal length.
Post-Processing Introduction – Get an overview of editing software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance colors, contrast, and exposure.
Practical Exercises – Engage in hands-on assignments like portrait, landscape, and street photography to apply what you’ve learned.
