I am a Brazilian-American living in the US for some time.
Photography is an immense pleasure to me; I can feel my soul being extracted through my eyes while using my viewfinder. However, nothing matters most than trying to understand and capture what I am seen.
I’ve been a photographer for decades, mainly as a way to relax from my corporate job. I used to travel a lot, and photography was always a part of this;
I always wanted to capture a place or a person differently. So I’ve been using Nikon (Film to Digital), Canon, Fuji, LUMIX, and Sony (as actual). I’ve been all over Full Frame, Micro four thirds, APS-C, MID format... you name it. I believe the human eye and the vintage lenses would create something unique, something that makes you invest an extra second or so to enjoy it.
I like vintage lenses, and my favorite is a 1969 55mm; I love the way the image is rendered, and for sure, it is not the crisp and cold digital lens with hours of photoshop to “trick it .”Every lens has a soul, and the camera it’s just the dumb body; I believe in legacy and storytelling. Well,
I am here to sell my prints and services as a way to relax from my corporate job. So stay safe, belief in science, and see you soon!
